Our client is a leading provider of building maintenance and facility management with a number of blue chip clients and long standing relationships. They have built a very successful business through leveraging their excellent relationships to provide a holistic service offering. Through utilising new innovative products and software this company has the ability to benchmark utility performance and identify money saving solutions for their client’s money.
Reporting to the Principal Consultant, critical deliverables will include:
- Business Development on a wide range of existing and new clients utilising new innovative proprietary energy and utility management software and service system; and,
- Operational delivery of secured contracts and ongoing support.
Accountabilities:
- To work collaboratively with Programmed Facility Management’s strategic partners in the review and analysis of client environmental performance through specialist proprietary monitoring, analytical and reporting tools
- Pursue and secure commercial opportunities with organisation seeking to improve their environmental performance, reduce utilities consumption and expenditure and drive down their greenhouse gas emissions
- Professionally deliver consultancy services to clients applying appropriate analytical resources and communication skills
- Develop tools for the delivery of specialist services in the environmental management sector
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of energy and sustainability management experience in a consultancy environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A good track record of business development as well as operational delivery in the environmental management sector is preferred for this role.
